New White Paper: “Improving Post-Traditional Student Success”

PAR Framework, a division of Hobsons, is pleased to release this white paper highlighting opportunities, challenges, and methodologies for improving post-traditional post-secondary student success.

This paper reviews the professional research literature describing today’s post-traditional students – adult learners, part-time learners, other learners who do not fit the traditional 18-22 year old full-time, or residential student profile. It examines opportunities for addressing key differences between and among traditional and post traditional students, and describes the value of using data analytics for diagnosing risk and prescribing intervention to maximize success.
